Bangkok Football Club by Lyrose

The Bangkok Football Club was created in October 2009 by Mathieu Raphat, Romain Charmette and Samuel Rennes, sharing the common goal of creating a new team, for a new generation of players, based on friendship, competitiveness and good atmosphere. Initially the BFC registered in the RBSC Chang International League, absorbing Cosmos FC. The first players who joined the newly formed team came from Cosmos FC, The Gaulois and Bull’s Head FC.
The first game for BFC took place in Rangsit, in November 2009 against Bangkok Glass (draw 2-2). The BFC ended in 4th position and lost in the cup final for the 2009/10 season. In 2010/11 the BFC played its second season in the Chang League finishing in 2nd place and losing again in the cup final.For the 2011/12 season the BFC merged with Bull’s Head FC to participate in the Casuals League, keeping its participation in the Chang League in parallel. BFC won the season’s opening cup. BFC finished the Casuals League in 4th position but were crowned champions in the Chang League.
We hope to do even better in 2013, still participating in both Casuals League and the Chang League, giving our 30 players opportunity to enjoy high quality football and outstanding social experience.
